Z-folded bandage «Bystrospas» is indicated for use in the presence of external bleeding (arterial, venous, capillary) from superficial and deep wounds etc. penetrating, as well as as an auxiliary hemostatic agent, when bleeding can not be stopped by blood vessels bandaging, and the use of traditional procedures is ineffective or impracticable.

Composition and mechanism of action
The medical product – hemostatic sterile Dressing «Bystrospas» is a tamponade in the form of a Z-folded bandage made of a non-woven material with impregnation from a combined composition on the basis of kaolin.
The components of the Z-bandage perform a hemostatic function due to the surfactant-active properties of the composition, activating the natural human hemostasis system, which helps protect damaged skin from chemical irritants.
There are no direct analogs by total and degree of therapeutic effect on the wound.
Method of application
1. Before the application of Z-bandage «Bystrospas» the wound is cleaned from foreign bodies, clots of blood.
2. Tightly swab the entire wound area with bandage or apply bandage to the injured surface. Bandage remnants can be cut off if necessary or used as a pressing bandage
3. Strongly press on the numbed wound for 3 minutes, if bleeding continues or resumes, press on the wound for another 5 minutes. For an emergency bleeding stop, you can use several packs of bandages.
4. Bandage the wound with a bandage to ensure pressure on the wound area.
5. Contact a medical institution
6. When seeking medical assistance, show the used packaging to medical personnel.
Precautions
1. If the product enters the oral cavity, immediately drink one or two glasses of water.
2. If the product enters the eyes, rinse with plenty of water.
